near La Manga strip on the Mar Menor(small sea) in the Costa
Calida, just below the Costa Blanca , in the region of Murcia
is ideal for your Spanish holiday. The property is a short drive
away from the La Manga Golf complex and the shops and restaurants
of the La Manga strip.
This
well equipped property has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom situated
downstairs with ceiling fans, 1 twin bedroom with ceiling fans.
The second twin bedroom is air conditioned and is located on the
solarium above the house. This has an ensuite shower room, entry
is made via stairs from the rear patio area. All bedrooms have
fitted wardrobes. There is a lounge/diner, a fully equipped kitchen
with hob/oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and cooking utensils.
The rear of the property enjoys a secluded area for private dining/
bathing with outside shower area and has a utility complete with
washing machine, clothes line and outside sink basin. There is
a solarium above the patio. Patio furniture is available to the
front and rear of the house. There is also a BBQ available.
The lounge has a sofa bed, dining area, television, DVD/video
with a selection of DVDs and videos. The property also offers
off road parking, has hot & cold air conditioning to the lounge.
The property has use of a large gated communal swimming pool with
childrens area.

weeks before departure the full amount is due and your
£100 deposit then becomes your bond (please see

then the full payment is required plus a £100
security bond.

Notes: 5 mins walk along the beach from Playa Honda
are a couple of bars and restaurants, small supermarket and
Farmacia. Los Bolones is a village about a 5 mins drive away
where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. 20 min easy
stroll to the la manga strip where there are plenty of bars,
restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Golf Information La Manga Club is a first class course. There
is also evening entertainment and a casino at the club. Further
information is available on other local golf courses. Transfers
to these golf courses are available and also pre booked times.
