has 2 bedrooms, 1 twin room and 1 double room. There is a balcony
from the bedroom to the front of the house There is 1 shower room
on the ground floor and one bathroom upstairs. There is a comfortable
lounge which has English TV and a DVD player with a selection
of DVDs available. The rear of the property enjoys a secluded
area for private dining/ bathing with outside shower area and
has a small utility complete with washing machine, clothes line
and outside sink basin and a gas BBQ. Garden furniture is available
to the front and rear of the property The separate fully equipped
kitchen has an electric hob/oven and a large fridge/freezer. The
property also offers off road parking, has hot & cold air
conditioning to all rooms. The property has use of a large gated
communal swimming pool with childrens area.
The residential complex Playa Paraiso is
situated beside La Manga del Mar Menor, a blue lagoon sea with
crystalline waters that are ideal for water sports. The exclusive
resort La Manga Golf and Country Club is located next to the residential
complex, offering 3 championship courses and fabulous facilities.
There are plenty of other golf courses in the area.
The exceptional climate of this area encourages all ages and interests.
Included in the many great attractions in this area are Calblanque
Natural Park, the picturesque fishing village of Cabo de Palos
and the historic naval town of Cartagena.

Notes: 5 mins walk along the beach from Playa Honda
are a couple of bars and restaurants, small supermarket and
Farmacia. Los Bolones is a village about a 5 mins drive away
where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. 20 min easy
stroll to the la manga strip where there are plenty of bars,
restaurants, supermarkets etc. Food packs can be organsed and
will be in the apartment on arrival. Please ask for a price
list.
Golf Information: La Manga Club is a first class course. There
is also evening entertainment and a casino at the club. Further
information is available on other local golf courses. Transfers
to these golf courses are available and also pre booked times.
