IMPORTANT NOTES:

Your booking will remain provisional for 5 working days or until payment is received by us, whichever is sooner. CD Property Management Services will release your booking should payment not be made within this time.

Total cost to be paid now if Property arrival date is within next 8 weeks. Otherwise a £100 deposit is due now and balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

All payments should be made in Sterling by Electronic Bank Transfer. Our UK bank account details will be provided on receipt of your booking form.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you on receipt of your payment.

A £25 amendment charge applies for each change made to your booking once it has been confirmed.
