This property is a very well equipped and comfortable house and
features 3 bedrooms, one upper double with balcony to the front
overlooking the pool area, one ground floor twin room and one
upper twin bedroom. It has two bathrooms one upper with full size
bath and one on the ground floor complete with shower cubicle.
The front door leads directly into a very spacious living room.
There is English TV available with DVD player. The dining room
forms part of the living room and there is seating for 6. There
are a selection of books and CDs available.
It has a separate kitchen with hob, oven, large fridge/freezer,
microwave and cooking utensils. The rear of the property enjoys
a secluded area for private dining/ bathing with outside shower
area and has a small utility complete with washing machine, clothes
line and outside sink basin.
There is hot & cold air conditioning in all rooms. The property
has use of a large communal area with swimming pool which is situated
right in front of the house.

Notes: 5 mins walk along the beach in Playa Honda are
a couple of bars and restaurants, small supermarket and Farmacia.
Los Bolones is a village about a 5 mins drive away where there
are plenty of bars and restaurants. 20 min easy stroll to the
la manga strip where there are plenty of bars, restaurants,
supermarkets etc.
Golf Information:- La Manga Club is a first class course. There
is also evening entertainment and a casino at the club. Further
information is available on other local golf courses. Transfers
to these golf courses are available and also pre booked times.
