on the ground floor complete with shower cubicle.
The front door leads directly into a very spacious living room
with a TV (not English) and DVD player. The dining room forms
part of the living room with pull out table and seating for 6.
It has a separate kitchen with hob, oven, large fridge/freezer,
microwave and cooking utensils. The rear of the property enjoys
a secluded area for private dining/ bathing with outside shower
area and has a small utility complete with washing machine, clothes
line and outside sink basin. This property has hot & cold
air conditioning
The property has use of a large gated communal swimming pool with
childrens area.

Notes: 5 mins walk along the beach from Playa Paraiso
are a couple of bars and restaurants, small supermarket and
Farmacia. Los Bolones is a village about a 5 mins drive away
where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. 20 min easy
stroll to the la manga strip where there are plenty of bars,
restaurants, supermarkets etc.
Golf Information:- La Manga Club is a first class course. There
is also evening entertainment and a casino at the club. Further
information is available on other local golf courses. Transfers
to these golf courses are available and also pre booked times.
