The property has use of a large communal swimming pool.
The front door opens to a spacious living/dining
area with comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD player with a collection
of music, films, games and maps. There is dining for 6 people.
There is an open plan well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer,
microwave, oven and hob. There is air conditioning to the living
and dining area.
There is a bathroom on the ground floor with bath/shower, vanity
basin unit, W.C. and bidet and there is also a wall heater.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one double bedroom and
one twin-bedded bedroom.
The 3rd bedroom is accessed from the back terrace and is totally
separate from the main house. This is complete with twin beds
and en-suite shower room. There is air conditioning to this bedroom
also.
This property is complete with cot bed with sheets and blankets,
steriliser system and stair gate.

couple of bars and restaurants, small supermarket and Farmacia.
Los Bolones is a village about a 5 mins drive away where there
are plenty of bars and restaurants. 20 min easy stroll to the
la manga strip where there are plenty of bars, restaurants,
supermarkets etc.
Golf Information:- La Manga Club is a first class course. There
is also evening entertainment and a casino at the club. Further
information is available on other local golf courses. Transfers
to these golf courses are available and also pre booked times.
