Making a booking
Bookings require a €145 deposit to secure the holiday more than
8 weeks prior to the start date. 8 weeks before departure the full amount
is due and your €145 deposit then becomes your bond (please see
the section headed security bond).
If the start date is less than 8 weeks prior to departure then the full
payment is required plus a €145 security bond.
On receipt of your booking
Once we have received your booking form plus monies we will secure your
booking and send you a confirmation letter with your booking reference
number which will be your own personal number, which you will need to
give to our administration staff when dealing with any enquires.
Alteration to bookings
All alterations must be made in writing and addressed to CD property
management.
All altercations that are made to your booking form may incur a €20
admin charge depending on the circumstances.
Cancellation of your booking
A cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to your departure will result
in the loss of your deposit.
Between 8 & 6 weeks prior to departure 50% of the cost will be forfeited.
Less than 6 weeks from departure then all monies will be forfeited.
Force Majeure
CD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT cannot take responsibility, any liability or
pay compensation where performance or prompt performance of our contractural
obligations is prevented or affected due to circumstances amounting
to force majeure i.e. War, threat of war, civil strife, natural or nuclear
disaster, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, fire, adverse weather
conditions, unforeseen local building or roadworks, unavoidable technical
problems with transport and all similar circumstances beyond our control.
If a problem arises
In the unlikely event that something is not to your liking or indeed
you need any assistance during your holiday then our team is available
7 days a week 24 hours a day but we would ask you to try a keep enquires
to office hours 9am until 6pm.
All problems should be reported to CD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT as soon as
possible so that we can deal with it a.s.a.p.
CD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT cannot be held responsible for any disputes that
are not reported in writing within a 28 day period of you departing
one of our properties.
Arrivals and Departures
Your accommodation will be ready for your arrival at 4pm on the day
that you have on your confirmation letter.
You will need to depart the property by 10.30 am on the morning stated
on your confirmation letter unless stated otherwise by CD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
Luggage can be left with us until your departure if requested with prior
notice given.
Security Bond
A £100 security bond will be held against any accidents that may
occur during your stay. Most accidents can be quickly and easily repaired
but CD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT reserve the right to subtract any monies
needed for that repair from the £100 bond.
The bond money or part bond money will be returned to you within a 14
day period after your departure.
General Rules
The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of
the property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end
of the rental period. The owner reserves the right to make a retention
from the security deposit to cover any damage or additional cleaning
costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
The client also agrees not to act in a way that would cause disturbance
to those resident in other apartments on the complex.
